What is the purpose of being 24hours if you can not get 24hour service. If the store is open orders should be taken. I arrived expecting to get a meal at approximately 3:30am. The staff member said “we aren’t taking orders right now.” If supplies are being delivered extra team members should be scheduled to accommodate both the delivery and customers. Let’s get it together.

At 1am Saturday I’ve Ordered a ultimate cheese burger came with no bacon? Doesn’t it come with it? Like 3 little piece of bacon how can they miss such a simple thing? No way at all man.

Meat lover burrito was made amazingly had me going for seconds the next night the staff were very polite and had to say the girl working the window was super polite and ask all the right questions for drive thru keep up with the good staff here ☺️

It’s 11:03pm and I ordered 2 meal combos.#4 with curly fry’s and a medium sprite, also ordered #5 with regular fry’s and a medium sprite with a side of mini churros. Paid my food and wasn’t given a receipt which is fine I didn’t worry too much about it. I come home and first thing I notice is that they had given me 2 curly fries instead of 1. Mini churros were way too overcooked and burnt, both the sprite drinks I ordered tasted extremely watered down. Service was ok the only thing about this order was that the burgers were good just wished that 4 things turned out the way it should have :/
They let you know that it is an inconvenience to order from them. Even a basic value menu order with them is difficult. They do now want to do business. Don't put these guys out, they have a lot more to worry about than you.
The issue here is management so poor that the restaurant is failing.
I drive off when they don't get my order correct. If they waste my time, I waste their money. When I order a burger, don't ask what drink I want, as if I ordered one. I did not order a drink, pay attention. They ring it up as a meal and then just exclude items so that you pay more for the same thing.

The most disgusting place. I took a bite of the sandwich and it tasted bitter. I opened it and this is what I found. It also had a strong, rotten smell. The coffee was extremely cold and flavorless, and the potato tasted like old, rancid oil.

Visited at off time. No one but the front cashier had it together. Food took forever to come out. Several others standing around waitìing too. One of our items was incorrect. That burger with one bite out of it was taken to the back, lettuce/tomato added, then clearly zapped in a microwave and given back. It was definitely hotter than when the employee took it. Not a fresh one made or offered. Just a snarky comment that we orded one like this. Yes we did and that person was already eating it and the receipt clearly shows the right order. Poor CS and the zapped burger was awful.
