I submitted an online inquiry regarding my recent experience, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. I’m writing here in hopes of bringing awareness to the situation and notifying the appropriate team of my concerns.
On April 14th, I visited the Alamo Ranch location and had placed a mobile order for two Orange Carrot Twists. Upon arrival, the drinks were already prepared; however, I was informed by a staff member that they had no carrots and had made the drinks without them — essentially serving just orange juice. I’m confused as to why the drinks were made, knowing they did not match what I had ordered. Additionally, no alternative options were offered in place of the Orange Carrot Twists.
Given that I paid nearly $20 for what ended up being two plain orange juices, I left very disappointed with the experience.

Great customer service. Highly recommend their Five Fruit Frenzy. It’s not on their menu since it’s an older drink but the staff is super friendly and will make it for you.

Nothing wrong with this location in particular, but the companies menu is absolutely terrible. Figured this would be a healthy location to stop and get a protein drink, but 80 percent of the menu is basically diabetes in a cup… actually let me rephrase… EXPENSIVE diabetes in a cup. In order to make a tasty, healthy drink with protein I have to basically make my own menu item. Staff were friendly and helpful. But the company sucks.

Love this place! I recently got my wisdom teeth removed and this place saved me? would recommend for everyone to come try the strawberry surf rider and other flavors ? super healthy and tastes way better then starbucks in my opinion!

Employees were so nice and inviting!We ordered a chunky strawberry bowl and abold and cold brew with sweet cloud cream. They were both delicious! They also had the cutest little drawings around the shop which made it even more inviting, drawn by employee Victoria. We will definitely be back real soon!
