Somehow I had managed to make it this far in life without ever walking into a Jersey Mike's. It's an experience, like seriously. The guys back there actually look like they enjoy their job! It's possible they even might? The subs are good, and you actually watch them cut your sandwich meat up? That's a new one for me. Just gives me another excuse to convince myself that this sub sandwich is definitely probably a sorta healthy choice.It's nice that they give you a phrase for making it the signature way, then just go ahead and ask you, so you don't have to actually say it (thank you).The price is pretty hefty, being like $10 for the regular size, but it's not the end of the world. They had like 8 guys to pay behind that little counter so it makes sense.

To me, this is the definitive sub shop. All the meats and cheeses are sliced right there in front of you. They're NOT sliced this morning and assembled when you get there like some others. Everyone is very accommodating, and you get to have your sandwich made your way! They also have a selection of hot subs, which other shops don't have. My only complaint is that they don't have the standard array of softdrinks. They have some strange off-brand flavors that I don't care for at all.

Would line to give a shout out the crew at Jersey Mikes on Huebner. I placed an online order. I got there about 15 minutes after the estimated ready time. When they asked my name they handed me a bag with the correct first name but incorrect last name. Seems they had given my order to the other John and mine was gone.The manager immediately took charge and pulled two other people to help make my order in a rush. I don’t think I waited more than 5 minutes from the time I arrived. The manager apologized and went above and beyond by giving me two free sandwich coupons.This is the type of service that every employee should drive for in the food service industry.

I recently used them for a catering order and Jasmine made the who experience smooth. She was GREAT! Everything made fresh and delivered. Everyone enjoyed their food.
