So if I ordered a giant Mike's hot and a regular originalItalian, should it take 26 minutes to still be waiting?

Came in for lunch with my daughter and we will be back! The lovely young lady who has a lip piercing was so polite. She was very attentive and gave good recommendations for sandwiches we should have. She was very patient with my daughter who was having trouble deciding what she wanted to eat. While she was making our food, we made small talk which I enjoyed. Seems like nobody wants to communicate anymore at other fast food places these days. Even while there were people ordering and waiting for what I’m assuming was website orders, they have employees wiping down tables for anyone who decides to dine in such as myself. My only complaint is that the drink area could be a little bit less sticky. To end this with a high note the employees all seem to have a tight bond with each other. Everyone laughs with each other while working but also communicate well to keep the restaurant running smoothly. I will definitely not have to think twice about coming here with the rest of my family. 👍

🫠was really hoping my bowl to come in.

Got the #26 and made sure to tell them no jalapenos. My 80 yo mother can't eat them. I gave her the sandwich and her first bite she gets a big one. And when I opened it, it was covered

I'm a regular here. These guys are hard workers. Lunch hours could be busy. Be patient. These guys are great! Place is clean, we'll maintained. Food is great and on point!

Staff was very friendly

Anytime I'm in the area of a Jersey Mike's, I just have to stop. I like to get the Chicken bacon ranch. Took advantage of my rewards and today, it was free!!

The food is good, but the service is not! I always order online with at least 30 minute pick up, and still I have to wait...for 1 sandwich. All the while people coming in while I am waiting get theirs before mine! I guess a new sandwich shop is in order

So I ordered ahead to make sure my order was ready by the time I got there, stopped at heb beforehand and when I go there they hadn't even started working on my sanwich. There were 5 people behind the counter with only one person making sandwiches. No one was working the griddle to get hot sandwiches ready and they were just joking around with some high-school kids in the seating area. Last time I went the service was stellar and my sanwich was hot when I got it. This time the service was terrible and the sandwich was barely warm. Every time I come back to this location it gets worse. This time my hot sandwich wasn't even warm when they handed it to me. I was waiting for a bit and they told me it wasn't ready, but it turns out it was sitting on the counter the whole time. I can drive to the one off of bulverde and its still hot when I get home. Im just not going to order from this location anymore. 8/7/25
