Jersey Mike's Subs

on here (door dash) it reads that the store doesn't allow customization and to call the store if any. I did so and brought up a previously messed-up order (this has happened more than once) and I guess they ignored my request and as a result another messed-up order.
Just thought I'd share this on Google reviews as well. Both personally picking up an order and door dashing or app delivering this location has messed up and haven't done a thing to fix their mistakes except one small refund once but that's it. Time to just order and pick up from the one down the road on 17202 Bulverde they haven't messed up an order of mine .

Check your order. Big fan of Jersey Mike’s in general. However every time I come to the Nacogdoches Rd location in San Antonio they get the order wrong. Happens both in person and calling ahead.

Love these subs so much, but super disappointed. Door dashed some pretty dope sandwiches for my family and myself. We were all severely disappointed when we went to eat our subs and realized NONE of them had the toppings we ordered. Just all plain ass regular sandwiches. Super sad face. ???

Jersey Mike’s have great food,but I’ve been to this location several times and the last 3 times the bread wasn’t as fresh as other locations..

So I love jersey mikes… my little one does too. So I had a long day and wanted a sandwich. Went in to the shop and ordered. No one was in front of me. Then a gentleman comes in behind me. Ok… the guys that worked here said hello… and asked what I wanted. Told him ok.. I wait patiently… I see there are a lot of sandwiches up there for pick up. Ok gotta do those first.. fine. Thinking mine would be taking care of next for some reason they took the guy behind me first. Hmm ooook… things ran through my head and I was pretty annoyed and man. Didn’t say anything just waited patiently. I was nice to them and got my sandwiches and left. But hello I was there first. Like why take the guy that came in two minutes after me??? So annoyed! Not good customer service. And I know it’s hard I use to work at fast food.

Ordered # 8 club and Philly Cheese, club was ok Philly bread was stale and meet tasted old. Just picked up # 8 club 8/29 had no tomatoes, onions, lettuce, apple cider vinegar. TERRIBLE!! Ordered it with everything. Not sure what going on there but not same as past.

This is my first time at this location on Nacodoches and it will be my last. Ordered a giant big kahuna. Normally the amount of filling fills the whole sandwich. This time it seems as if they only put enough meat and cheese for a regular. I am usually extremely happy with everything I receive but not this time.

So I comparing to subway! Not much difference but price, paying double with slower service and getting the same as subway doesn't make it a better place! I didn't tip because I paid 40 bucks for a 6 inch meal and a footling meal, that's alot for a fast food sandwich joint! I will not be back for them prices.

Well someone either didn't properly wash their hands or something on my sandwich was spoiled sick as a dog after eating here today! Definitely food poisoning
