El Bandolero is the real deal! I had the mixed meat — casada and chorizo quesadilla— and it did not disappoint. The onions were grilled to perfection and all the flavors hit right.
Also, SQUEEZE. YOUR. LIME. ON. TOP. I am not playing, it will change your life. This food truck is so good. 🔥 🔥🔥 Five stars, no hesitation.
