Ordered 19 box lunches the day before for a work lunch in. I went to pick up my order, and the order was not ready. I didn't get a receipt so I had to go back to the location to get the receipt. upon arrival to ask for my receipt, the rep tells me she forgot to put the pickles in the lunch boxes and asked if I still wanted them :( Jimmy John's let me down today.
one of my favorite places !! great food, clean and friendly.. love Jimmy John's. ❤
