While the food was good, the fact that the cashier thought it appropriate to make fun of me to her coworkers was not. It was my first time ever having Jimmy John's, and I won't be coming back because if this is a training store, it means they will all treat me like this.

So the worker that prepared the sandwiches (blond hair guy) was screaming at me because I asked to get sandwich with no vegetables, so the guy was upset and stomped the sandwich on to the garbage. Then he didn’t want to give me a sandwich, he asked the supervisor if I can get a sandwich after he threw it in the garbage. If you want to have good customer service, please fire that guy. Noah I would give 100, he is nice and compassionate. Maybe the blonde hair guy can be a janitor, in a good way he will clean the toilets.

Jimmy John’s is becoming one of our fave. It’s only been 2x for us to visit this location; each time still wondering which would be the best one to pick. Both times, the cashiers would also help us by giving their recommendations. Overall experience was excellent. We had a #7 and #12 for to go. Service was friendly and fast. Food was delicious!

So sick and tired of Jimmy John’s not delivering to my house which is only 3.5 miles away from them. Absolutely ridiculous. Literally EVERY OTHER sandwich place delivers to me oh and EVERY OTHER restaurant surrounding their store and ones further away than them. Boooooo 2 thumbs down Jimmy John’s you’re no longer my family’s favorite sandwich shop. You’ve lost all kudos points.

Waited until after 2PM to order and they didn't even give us our potato chips, not to mention that the tea tasted like your drink fountains have too much chlorine in the pipes. One of the sandwiches I ordered had too much lettuce and didn't even have parmesan cheese (of which I paid extra for).

came it pretty close to closing time. Girl with the pink hair gives the nastiest look at me. I get it. I came in late but you could be a little bit more welcomely and still say you are closed. I am a customer and my business should be wanted. I’ll never spend money somewhere where the look she gave me is present.
Update: the two gentlemen working on the night of the 6th of November were great. The older one that took my order was really polite and asked if I was military as well. Reviews should be both good and bad times.

walked in and received an ugly look from a purple haired employee. no one greeted us. it took about 20 minutes for them to ring us up because they had no clue how to apply the coupon they told us they were offering. i asked for mayo packets and the employee looked at me like i was stupid as she grabbed and gave me mustard packets instead. food was fine but customer service was absolutely horrible
