Had an online order placed for me and my daughter and paid for by my company for pick up, since they don't deliver to my house (3.2 miles away). It was set for 12p pickup. I called at 11a and asked if it could be moved to a 3p pickup instead. The person on the phone sounded disinterested and bothered to be on the phone, but still said no problem with a 3p pick up time. Finally lunchtime rolls around and I shoot over to Jimmy John's, super hungry. I get there and they were confused....read full review
The food was great, however when I tried to use a gift card I was refused. I was told that the store is under new ownership and not set up to accept gift cards. Frustrated, I contacted costumer service. Still have not heard back from the owner of this franchise, it’s been two days. I’m sure the person who bought the gift card for me would be very frustrated 🤨
