Came in 30 minutes before they closed 5/20, and the door was locked. The employee stared at me until I started to walk back to my car at which point she went back to prepping the store for closing. Rude.
Jimmy John's is my favorite place for sandwiches! Unfortunately it seems that "freaky fast" service is a bit hit or miss these days but I chalk that up to Covid and its affecting so many businesses. A lot of places are still short staffed so I try to remember that and practice patience. This location is only 2 miles from where I live so I visit often. Its a mood changer if you ask me! It was cutting close to closing.Walking into the restaurant was a mind blowing everything was clean you can tell who ever runs the night shift keeps it looking very tip top in shape!! The line server was super nice and polite, customer service was out standing! I wanna say his name is Joshua. Did 10's in all. He made all my sandwiches as they should be right. Can do dinner here anytime ☺️
