Its a mood changer if you ask me! It was cutting close to closing.Walking into the restaurant was a mind blowing everything was clean you can tell who ever runs the night shift keeps it looking very tip top in shape!! The line server was super nice and polite, customer service was out standing! I wanna say his name is Joshua. Did 10's in all. He made all my sandwiches as they should be right. Can do dinner here anytime ☺️

This place is awful. Place an online order at 1:00 pm today. I call the shop at 5 minutes to 2:00, and I'm told that they're delivery person is on a bike today and is running a little behind but is on the way. At 3:00, they finally made the delivery. However, the delivery was made to the retail shop below my office. 2 hours to deliver a sandwich is ridiculous.The sandwich was made 2 hours prior to delivery, and certainly wasn't kept refrigerated. This is bad food handling practice and potentially unsafe.I gave me a refund but that doesn't really fix the problem.

I tend to not write reviews, but this is uniquely horrible place. Go to any other location. I ordered my found at 1130. At 130 I called and had the pleasure of speaking to the self proclaimed owner and Manager Alex. I asked him to cancel my order. He told me me he was the only one there so of course it was going to take long. I asked why they didn't cancel the delivery orders if they knew they couldn't take them. Thats when this gem of a person told me if I had a problem with the time I should have cancelled it earlier. I asked how I was supposed to know that they had one person there, he called me an a$$hole and told me I was being rude. I told him to cancel the damn order and he refused, and started yelling at me. Then 20 minutes after the interaction, my sandwich arrived with spit in it. So I waited 2 hours, paid full fair plus tip and got cussed out for a sandwich that I can't eat. I am sure he did it just to stick it to me. Absolutely ridiculous. There is one on Main St. not far from this location, go there. Avoid this place like the plague.

This is by far the worst location. The first time I ordered online, after about an hour I called and was told they didn’t have a delivery driver. This time i called after an hour to check on my order and I was told it was on the way. So much for “freaky fast”. Medical location is bomb though.

Literally took a whole hour to get one sub. Terrible customer service when I called to ask where my delivery was. I’ve experienced nothing but fast delivery for this company definitely a disappointment.

Came in 30 minutes before they closed 5/20, and the door was locked. The employee stared at me until I started to walk back to my car at which point she went back to prepping the store for closing. Rude.

I was the first hire at this jimmy John's about 13 years ago, corporate made sure we were doing everything the "Jimmy way", freaky fast subs, get your sandwich before your receipt, delivery within a one mile radius in ten mins or less, guerilla marketing was in full effect and awesome attitudes by the employees, greeting every person that walked in etc.Lately ..within the last six months, I can't ever get a delivery from them, the employees that work there usually are one deep, doing everything from ringing up the sandwich to making it to wrapping it, making it just as slow as subway, the food quality is still good, and maybe it's just the lack of people applying for jobs there or something but this place was the best Jimmy John's in town when I was working there and now not so much, this is not a review on the employees they DO HAVE...this is a review on the lack of corporate help to make this location what it used to be, maybe increase their pay so the employees stay, idk.

They never have delivery drivers available and they do not turn off mobile ordering for delivery. I've had my order canceled 3 times.

Jimmy John's is my favorite place for sandwiches! Unfortunately it seems that "freaky fast" service is a bit hit or miss these days but I chalk that up to Covid and its affecting so many businesses. A lot of places are still short staffed so I try to remember that and practice patience. This location is only 2 miles from where I live so I visit often. The people are friendly enough and the place is usually fairly clean. I haven't had a bad experience here so I will continue to order from here when I'm craving Jimmy's!
