Was thinking about getting Jimmy John's tonight but wasn't was about to walk the guy at the register gave me the most nasty look no welcome the other employees was touching the screen with his gloves and continued to make the sandwich so I decided to get wing stop! This location use to be so great but had gone down the last couple years with the customer service

The second sorriest sandwich i ever had in my life. Chicken taste just like TUNA. The meat portioning is HORRIBLE, the syrup went out so my soday was just orange bubbly water and on top of that they didn't even cut my sandwich in half and its on the ticket!!!!!!!!!!

Always professional and my order is always right.

Slowest JJ’s I’ve ever been to. Sandwiches were stale and we ended up throwing an entire sub away because the first one was so bad.

I appreciate that the staff wears gloves, but they need to be used properly. One of the employees was wearing the same gloves to handle the register, touch money, and then prepare my food. That completely defeats the purpose of wearing them and just transfers all those germs onto what I’m eating. Definitely made me lose my appetite.

Shoutout to the gentleman with the sunglasses for making my daughter’s and my sandwiches absolutely delicious! He paid close attention to my special instructions and got everything just right. We really appreciated the great customer service and friendly attitude. Thank you for making our lunch experience a great one!

The staff were fast and friendly despite the A/C being broken. The shop was uncomfortably hot. But my #3 Tuna came out just the way I like it.

Ordered my sandwich thru the app for pickup. Its been a few months since i ordered my last sandwich. I was surprised to find there was still no A/C at this location. Only saw 1 person working in hot environment(the same one as last time too).

My sandwich was frozen inside, the tomatoes, the turkey the bacon. I don’t mind a cold sandwich, but frozen?! Ugh
