My sandwich was frozen inside, the tomatoes, the turkey the bacon. I don’t mind a cold sandwich, but frozen?! Ugh

Stopped by for lunch after some shopping near by, the hubby and I decided to give this place a try , and it was so worth it . The employees inside were so sweet and nice and explained the on goings since it was our very first time there. Also turned us towards being a rewards member and the perks that come along with it. Food was fast and very tasty. We will definitely be back to this location for hospitality and the delicious sandwiches.

Always love Jimmy John's sandwichs, I don't like the owner of the company so I truly try not to spend my money with them but I can't say the food is bad because it's not at all. I enjoy the food allot

TOOTH AND NAIL ROACH AND HAIR. STAY FAR FROM THIS LOCATION. ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE BOTS AND FAKED FOR PUBLICITY. THEY DOUBLE CHARGE YOU , TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY AS WELL AS THE POOR. IF YOU VALUE YOU YOUR MONEY , FAMILY , AND KIDS , DO NOT STOP HERE. YOU WILL BE RACIALLY PROFILED IF YOU ARE OF COLOR NOT WHITE. WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH HR.

Never coming here ever again and would not recommend. Continuously changing their menu and workers. No wonder "freaky fast" went out the door ? they can't make minute sandwiches anymore what happened Jimmy johns? Looks like they'd be better off with a new franchise owner. Bathroom has been out for over 8 months now and counting. Please shut this place down. They don't care about their customers nor employees obviously. I've seen some overweight man with a scraggly beard talk rudely to elderly customers. Don't come here. 0/10 STARS also it's super expensive for a sandwich lol ?

Poor staff choices , slow inaccurate sandwiches , broken facilities, no ice everytime I go , the list goes on. Subway is down the street. Do not waste your time here. Franchise has gone downhill.

The bread is the best in the business. The sandwiches vary, but the original quality and ingredients have never really been the same. "Expect nothing, and you won't be disappointed."

This JJ is the only location near us, and they regularly mess up our simple 2 person orders. We like the food chain, but we do not like this location. Never the same employees is probably the root cause. All that said, just getting our sandwiches today was especially bad. Only half the order was made to start. Easy fix! The kid at the register must be learning still. Once home, my wifes unwich was totally 100% wrong. I politely called for a refund and was told no, but I could come back for a new one. Not an option for us. I was persistent that I wanted a refund, but somehow the female manager and I were disconnected. I called back and the phone just rang, then hung up. I called back a few more times with the same hang-up each time. Eventually, the manager made time to refund my money. It took her just a moment to do the right thing, but not before making many wrong choices. Moral of the story check your order before you leave.

I love Jimmy John's but I won't be returning to this location. Systems are always down. Management is rude to the employees in front of customers and rude to customers and my last order was wrong. I ordered food for myself and a co worker we got a giant and only got a regular. I was on lunch so i was in a rush and didn't have time to call the store. I did leave feedback on the website but probably won't get anywhere with it. This isn't the first time this has happened.
