We ordered to go, and I was surprised at how full the portions were. They didn't skimp on anything!! The sausage gravy was my favorite! And the biscuits were very soft and buttery. I'm glad I finally decided to give this place a try. The food was better than expected for a food chain.
My family and I have only lived in San Antonio for about two years, and we find Jim’s to be a consistently reliable restaurant in the area, offering great value and generous portions. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a large family or even just a couple looking for a great place to have breakfast or dinner. My favorite is the appetizer sampler
The food was good but the waitress was exceptionally great. The attention she gave in always checking in, making sure you were satisfied, and just her overall attitude really made it 6 stars for service.
