Walked inside the bar, took a while before someone decided to come up and ask us if we can be helped. The manager didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. One employee serving at the time. I guess the other one must’ve been on break because he showed up later. We finally ordered our food. Mine wasn’t made right but it wasn’t gonna send it back cooked. Didn’t look like he was really into doing his job. I didn’t want something done to my food. We’ll never go back to that Johnny Rockets.

I felt so happy and cared for here, and I love receiving the ketchup smiley face plate when I first sat down! I had a double bacon cheeseburger which was super delicious and filling, and a very impressive banana shake with whipped cream that had noticeable real bananas and not the inferior fake banana flavoring! My waitress was kind and personable, and if I’m ever traveling in the area again I will definitely return!

Loved our visit at san antonio river walk Johnny Rockets.. Jennie greeted us with a smile when she saw us look at the menu outside and was so nice.. The vibe was so fun with the music.. Food was fresh cooked right in front of you.. we had actually just walked out of a different place because we were ignored at the counter.. Jennie, Juan and Zach are doing a great job at this one! Will definitely come back next time we are in town!

When we first got to the door someone told us they'd be with us in a moment. There was a lot of empty spaces, but I don't know what took so long. We didn't have much of a the time limit, which was on us. It was about fifteen minutes of standing there, Until someone came for us. And let me tell you there was a lot of empty seats. no workers. Luckily, it didn't take us a long time to get in our orders. We told him immediately. We were ready to order because we were in a hurry. So we ordered now here's the thing it took us thirty five minutes to get our food. This is not a restaurant, it's a fast food place. Six of the minutes are food was just up. On the counter at the top. There was only one guy in there. Taking the orders bring in the food bust in the tables. The table next to us had got seated at some point through that thirty five minutes We waited for our food. They waited for about fifteen minutes and no one ever came to take their order , and they just left. It looked like one girl cooking, the food. One girl was making shakes, so one guy was doing like everything else, and i'm not sure what this manager woman was doing other than occasionally, bringing someone in and then going in the back. They were definitely short staff. food and it was just average. We had an hour before our tickets across the street at the grim tour. We did manage to make it there with one minute to spare. Yes we ate that fast lol. These times are all the actual times because I was watching my clock. The whole time i was nervous. I did not provide any photos of food because I was in a hurry and forgot.

Isabella was such a great server! She was attentive and very thorough. Some friends and I are here for a conference and wanted to eat lunch with a fellow colleague, but because he ordered a pizza from a nearby vendor he was not allowed to sit with us. The manager, Jenny, was slightly rude to the server and our colleague. Even though that was unfortunate, Isabella made sure our experience was wonderful! I felt as though the manager was micromanaging everyone on shift that day and that was not cool at all. Ask for Isabella when you get to the restaurant! She's the best!

I really wish I could remember the lady's name that helped us. Everyone was nice and helpful, including the young man who wrong us up, and then he gave me a have a blessed day mam when my boys and I left. Now back to the lady, she greeted us at the door, then took our order inside, then bagged our food. This is a very busy location and this was an extremely busy weekend. With all that being said they were doing their best fat kitchen was popping it was away but she was very honest and let us know so we had a choice. That food was well worth the wait. Absolutely one of the best burgers I have ever had. Shake and fries were pretty good too. I love the diner atmosphere. I definitely plan to go back . Ma'am if you read this I am the lady that was with the six boys and you were awesome thank you.

I was so surprised to see the Johnny rockets at the mall in San Antonio. I thought they had gone out of business. My wife had never eaten at one so we were both excited to go. We both enjoyed it very much and can't wait to go back again. We asked a woman who was not our server for something and she said I don't have to be your server with the big smile and proceeded to get it for us. What a great experience!
