Liver and Onions is really good. Chicken fried Steak is huge! Every plate gets a onion ring that's super delicious. Won't break the bank. We'll definitely return.

My regulars are the grilled chicken with A1 sauce or the grilled rainbow trout. This place is nostalgic for me... the tree, the bar, and the slightly slanted floor. And their drinks aren't bad either.Parking: Free parking with validation

Watch for the parking lot scam. Check your credit card. Even though you get free parking for dining, they still charge you. Also there is an extra added tax on alcohol. Taxes are my favorite

Food was good my niece's chicken tasted like steak she said great staff the parking sucks you have to scan a code and give them your credit card info which I did not like then it was supposed to be free if your eating there well the next day I reviewed a 12 dollar charge on my card so I was not pleased don't think i will be going back no more not worth the hassle plenty other places to eat on Broadway that don't charge for parking

Steaks, shrimp and halibut were outstanding. Cooked to perfection. Desserts were delicious. I would recommend Josephine's for a great dining experience.

This was a great experience overall. I enjoyed sitting by the tree, and Morgan made some excellent suggestions. They were a bit pricier, but they were well worth the upcharge. The sirloin steak was a bit underseasoned and needed steak sauce, which was my only critique. The onion rings were thick, fresh, and crispy, and the peach cobbler was to die for!Parking: The parking is plentiful. I simply used the QR code once parked to reserve my spot, added my cc info, and then asked the staff for the validation code once my meal was finished. Parking is free to restaurant goers for the first 3 hours, but you MUST get the validation code from the server after your meal.

My friends ordered me mixed veggies, Plate ...It was by far one the worst foods that I've ever eaten; Starting the next afternoon, I spent most of my afternoon sitting on the toilet, having a massive case of D!Here, it is almost a week later, and my stomach still has not straightened out.Vegetarian options: Sucks because it gave me diarrhea! Parking is on the street, and sometimes you have to walk quite a ways from the looks of it;Parking: Looks like street parking only because we drove around and parked on the side of the street, which is always risky because it's so narrow.Kid-friendliness: Adults only do to alcohol drinking all over the place.

I have to agree with more than one comment- the experience was not what it was 8 or so years ago. My steak was dry and rough- no taste, mashed potatoes were cold… tea was weak - chicken fried steak was less than tasty.. the water was ok. ? The waitress was …hmmmm , not sure- not once did she check on us..The worst part was “The RESTROOM- broken, only one awful smelly potty.!!!For that I will report to the health department- no handicap accommodations. The other bad part - we paid the bill.

Good old plain food. Our table had the daily special which was chicken fried steak. They also put together a veggie plate for me. Amazing Gracie was a wonderful server you can't go wrong at Josephine St Cafe. When our group plays golf at Brackenridge we always stop at Josephine for lunch.

Waiter said she validated my Metropolis parking but a month later I find out she didn't and I was ticketed. Very disappointing experience.

Had one of the best meals in a while this past Saturday at Josephine Street - one of our favorite local spots. We’ve always enjoyed our outings there and food’s consistently good, so no complaints. However, this outing was particularly good largely due to the great service we got from Jocelyn R. She had an infectious cheery aura about her, our order was perfect and Jocelyn was more kind and attentive to detail than one would expect. So grateful for this beautiful and bubbly young lady whose hard work and service is often overlooked and under-appreciated.
