Kaffeinated Crepes and Coffee

Horrible customer service here! The girls they have there are vey rude! If care how your treated then don’t go here! I hope management see this and hires new employees because the girls yall have there are so mean and rude

I’ve come in a couple times prior to Kaffeinated to get coffee and was not disappointed. Unfortunately, today I came into eat and I’m the only one in the place and it took them almost 20 minutes to get my coffee and my crepe to me. The crêpe was really good. The only thing that bothered me really was the service. There were three girls upfront and they were all standing by the register just talking. So I got up and nicely asked about the order. When I left and got to my car, I realized it was 19 minutes before I got my order after looking at the receipt. I hope the situation improves, the service itself was friendly and the food was good, but it just wasn’t timely considering I was the only person there.

Looks like an interesting place to eat. A very aesthetically pleasing place. BUT I wouldn't know how the food tastes. There were a few tables in the restaurant. Most had their food already. With three employees it took them about five-six minutes for anyone to say anything to me, which was "we will be with you in a few minutes" and that response was fine. While I was standing there and waiting for someone to take my order. After a few minutes one worker went to the back, didn't take my order or say anything to me at all, and did not return. A man who had just arrived at the store and hadn't even clocked in yet, proceeded to help me after 10-12 minutes of standing there. That's when I figured out that the one item I wanted off the menu was out of stock... So I turned around and left. If you are going to make your patrons stand there and wait for so long, at least have a list of what you are out of and try to greet them a little quicker. If I had known the item was out of stock I would of left and went somewhere else immediately. Instead of standing there for close to fifteen minutes without being helped.

I'll update my review (hopefully) once they get their act together a little bit more.

My son saw the cherry tree from the access road one night, and we looked up "restaurant with cherry tree inside" when we got home. We ended up coming with our friends who are moving out of state, and everyone was so happy that we did! This place is such a treasure!

Family owned, continuous cleaning while we were there, amazing menu choices! Very friendly and patient explaining different menu options.

Crepes are tender and delicious. French toast is made with the most delicious bread. Avocado toast with eggs was so satisfying. Every dish our party ordered was picture perfect and tasted wonderful! I'm having a hard time refraining from using an exclamation point after every sentence! It is all that good!

Every piece of fruit, every berry, every component on every dish was impeccable! This place is an experience worth special occasions, romantic dates, bring your parents for brunch, meet your friends for coffee, treat out of town family, ANY occasion! This will leave an impression!

The lavender iced latte was perfectly sweet/ not too sweet. Every cappuccino beautiful! Everyone in our party was so happy with their meal! I'm definitely coming back!!

First Timers! Although the menu looked pretty overwhelming, Carolina was able to simplify it and make some pretty great suggestions. Definitely coming back for the service and apple cinnamon crepe!! 🤩

I wasn’t sure what to order, but Carolina made a suggestion of the cream cheese crepe. It was delicious! The atmosphere is wonderful! The cherry blossom tree made me think I was in Japan. I will definitely be coming back.

This is a delicious destination not only for sweet or savory crepes but also the eggs and waffles are yummy! The atmosphere is beautiful and they let us sit for hours. The coffee is superb and we are from LA and know our coffee! The services great especially Carolina! The owner on premises is on top of everything.
