Went to drive-thru, ordered 2 meals. When we got up to the window, we were told we'd have to wait 13 minutes for the white meat or get a substitition, so I opted for chicken tenders and she said they'd have to charge me more...it turned out to be 65 cents more. When we got our food, they only had one meal in the bag and the tenders meal was not there. So they made us give them back the part of the order that was correct but when we got the new order, they left off...

Both the Manager Aisne Aguilar and district Manager her Boss Laura Quinteto were in the restaurant when I bought food to go for my girlfriend I wanted to say that they both gave me excellent customer service above and beyond and I left very Satisfied I wanted to let higher Management know that they should screen and enterview and hire more Women and Men like them to make the Company better for the future both Women have Excellent Customers service skills for training and above...

Some days it's the best chicken I ever had in my life, but other days it's pretty bad and almost uneatable!
KFC is so inconsistent. You can tell how old the shortening is by how dark and greasy your chicken order is.
It was so much better 50 years ago when I used to cook it in the pressure cookers and everything was done by hand.
Same thing happens with their sides. Sometimes the coleslaw...
