That the first time I've had KFC in a minute and their Chicken strips looked and tasted like tv dinner quality.

I haven't dined at kfc in a while but it was a relaxing environment to end the Halloween night. Albert the manager was very nice and professional, he made sure we were taken care of through our dinner. The chicken tenders and fries were fresh and hot. The cook Ernesto really did an amazing job cooking and bringing our food to us fast.

Door Dash order. No utensils provided, no straws for the drinks, very little ice in the drinks. It’s all a sign of poor management. The food was good but how do you send out a delivery with no utensils?

Our food was fresh and delicious. The young lady that took my order was very nice and the cook was running around helping everyone
I'm not sure how you can say you love chicken if you don't love KFC. If someone forced me to eat one meal for the rest of the life just sign me up for the Colonel's original recipe. And the remodel looks great!

Ordered Takeout. Two 3-piece boxes with two sides and 2 drinks. I ordered & requested Extra Crunchy Chicken and a side of Mac & Cheese and corn. I even asked them to verify everything in the boxes was correct BEFORE I left the store. Of course, when I got home and opened my box, it had Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and a side of Corn. Only batting 50%. Next visit, if in fact there is a next visit, I will have them open and Check Everything BEFORE I leave the store.

Ordered food through Uber eats. Figured we haven’t had KFC in a while and coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy sound great. It be fantastic if the driver could verify what’s in the bag before leaving but it probably take too much time. Needless to say there was mashed potatoes but no gravy and no coleslaw for the 8 piece chicken meal. I’m ready for the machines to take over these jobs so things won’t be missing. This happens far too often and franchise owners don’t seem to care about their investments anymore.
