Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!Food sucked! Service sucked! Employees' attitudes sucked!This location has exhibited no redeeming qualities whatsoever.They forgot to include gravy for the taters. Got home and discovered and went back to get it.Got home from that run and discovered they shorted us on chicken, too. The biscuits were stoneage old and hard as a rock.When contacted by phone, they had the audacity to complain that I insisted on extra gravy on my second visit.I mean really...how hard is it to get an order prepped and out the door without a mistake?

Placed an online order for pick up on Super Bowl Sunday, so I thought there might be a hassle, but when I got there, the two gentlemen working were friendly and were just finishing up putting my large order together. When they handed me the bags, the man that seemed to be the supervisor, read off my order to confirm that everything was there which I appreciated. Reading the reviews from the past made me skeptical, but my experience was a very good one.Everything was fresh and delicious.
Never again. I ordered 3pc chicken with fries and a soda. That cost me $10.81. Came back to work to have lunch. I opened the box. No fries at all. Next time I'm going to have to check my order before leaving. In fact, why bother?? They seem to have a horrible attitude anyways. Saw one cook on his phone. Which is against store policy.

I had an issue with pricing but the restaurant manager called me personally the very next day and apologized and offered me a coupon. I appreciate the apology and she was extremely professional. Thank you
The chicken was undercooked. I want to go return it for fresh chicken and they said they couldn't refund my money. I eat it give me some chicken. The manager is so rude. Very rude yelling at me and my child was a scared.

Employees are too worried about other employees coming in, and chatting it up while customers are in line.They do NOT acknowledge the paying customers at all.Very unprofessional!!!!

Ordered online, when i got there they was laughing and playing inside and didn't even know About my order. Then they had the nerve to give me some old stale overfried chicken that had been sitting up there for God knows how long. That cut up the roof of my mouth because it was so hard..I'll never go to this location again.
