Placed an online order for pick up on Super Bowl Sunday, so I thought there might be a hassle, but when I got there, the two gentlemen working were friendly and were just finishing up putting my large order together. When they handed me the bags, the man that seemed to be the supervisor, read off my order to confirm that everything was there which I appreciated. I had an issue with pricing but the restaurant manager called me personally the very next day and apologized and offered me a coupon. I appreciate the apology and she was extremely professional. Thank you

I ordered two box meals along with extra biscuit, plates and honey sauce. Did not receive plates, utensils, honey sauce, or biscuit for either meal. I do want to say the chicken was delicious though.
