The worst customer service ever. it's ridiculous how long it took to get an order I placed through the app for pick up. over 40 minutes sitting at the drive through window. by the time I got my order it was 99% cold. side items were missing and they refuse to refund my order 100% and so many health code violations that can be seen from the drive through window
I sent my son to this Popeyes restaurant because it has been changing the is more hot and good he didn’t wait that long at all and my order was right. I have had a bad experience with this Popeyes in the past and it have been coming along really good
This Popeyes has came a long was I see a change at this location the manager and crew is putting more effort into getting the customers in and out I will come back to this location
