Our waiter Rickey was amazing so informative and fun the food left to be desired, for a ribeye and lobster it was not a lot of food.
Loved that Kona Grill moved outside of La Cantera! So much easier to park! We shared an appetizer of the pretzel bites. So good!!! My husband order the Pad Thai Noodles but they accidentally gave him the Chicken Stir Fry. They let him keep that and still brought out his original order so he had leftovers to take home for another day. I had the Poke Bowl. I ordered the combo and it was delicious. Would definitely go again!
Went on a busy Friday night for HH. It was a total vibe. Lil different from last cantera but I enjoyed myself because more intimate and definitely cleaner than La cantera.
We had the salmon w/rice, chicken avocado club sandwich w/fries, butter cake w/raspberry sauce & chocolate cake w/ganache. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Everything was very good but the chocolate cake was an absolute winner.
Came here based off recommendation from the good people of Courtyard in The Rim. they didn't exaggerate. Food great :) Nice looking restaurant. Service was outstanding. Bella was lively, attentive, and so engaging. Thank You
came in for an early lunch --- female manager was a delight and helpful -- especially since It was my first time. and Brayden my server I can't say enough. he handled us perfectly -- we never wanted for anything. and he had a few tables but it was as if we were his only guest. will come back
Food was great. But staff was friendly and on top of their job. Manager was keeping them motivated and moving. Good to see that because most places you go managers are always hiding in the back. Kudos to Chris P You did awesome
Had such a great experience at Kona Grill! The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the whole restaurant had a great vibe. Julian checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly cares about making guests feel welcome. It's always nice to see management so involved. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had here, and I'll be coming back!
We had a wonderful time at Kona Grill last night. Great spot for a fun date for young couples. The manager greeted us warmly at the door and sat us at a small table. We asked for a larger one and he immediately obliged. Our server, Michelle, greeted us in a timely manner and was very friendly. She got our food and drinks perfectly, and there was never more than 5 minutes without seeing her. Mid-way through our entrees, the manager returned to the table to ask how everything was, to which we told him that our expectations were exceeded. This entire experience is a step up from the La Cantera location and this Kona Grill has found loyal patrons in my wife and I.
I came based off recommendations from front desk at embassy suite. They did not disappoint. From Front door the lady was super sweet and service was immediate. The FOOD was amazing. Thank you for a great time

Food and happy hour deals are still good but this location just doesn't give the Kona vibe/aesthetics. It's also very small.
The management is terrible and they intimidate their staff. Their staff was afraid of the manager Julian while he was on duty. We made a reservation for 11:15pm. When we got there the hostess was surprised by our reservation and had to go talk to the manager on duty Julian. He came up to the front and said he could not seat us together because they closed most sections except the bar and they were about to close in 45 minutes. He also said that they cut the music and everything once 12:00 hits. He said we will still seat you if you want but you'll have to sit separately and we close soon. I said we would go somewhere else since he obviously didn't want us there. He said he just wanted to explain they're closing soon. Another member of my party wanted to go ahead, so we sat at two different tables though they could've easily been pushed together. They waited was great and did his best but the whole experience was rushed and rude because of the manager. We made sure to leave by 12:00. They threw out the tea so one person only got one glass of tea. My daughter wanted to order something shortly after we placed our order and they refused to accept it though the menu was already limited to small bites. I told the manager when we left that if they don't want people to make a reservation at 11 or 11:15 they could close the reservations. It's a simple fix. We knew we wouldn't be in there late. Apparently he is super worried about the waitstaff overtime. Only manager in the restaurant industry that thinks the waitstaff should go home immediately at closing. I'll be contacting their home office also.
Bella was phenomenal. She was fun and inviting. She introduced us to the manager Juan and he was equally as inviting. We loved the food. Definitely loved new location. Will be back
We love Kona Grill. We have been waiting for this location to open for months and frankly it was underwhelming. The decor and fixtures looked cheap. Our bill was $150 for 2 ppl and rest was like a red lobster. The bathroom was horrible. The decor was basic and not befitting of Kona Grill.
Waited 25 minutes after being seated for someone to greet and serve us. Decided to leave after that
