The day got away from us, and we had to come up with a quick and easy dinner idea. I checked online and found Kong's Express. We ordered lemon chicken, beef and broccoli, pepper steak, and added a shrimp friend rice. This was more than enough to not only feed our family of 5, but have plenty of leftovers.
