I actually live in and around the area. So from experience, I can say that the food as of yet, for the most part is always warm. The service itself has gotten way better. Just remember that it is McDonald's and they do get rushes which is understandable. The atmosphere, to be honest, is I feel out of there control. It is in the middle of the westside and has to be taken into account, but that doesn't mean it's bad at all. Thanks for reading my experience.
This place is either hit or miss. Sometimes there great and sometimes the can be a real pain especially in the customer service department. The food tbh is good, most of the time besides missed order motes or something but the staff there can make things so much harder and its gotten worse instead of better over the years.Vegetarian options: I know they offer salads lolKid-friendliness: Good sized play area for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair accessible.

I went through the drive-thru this morning at McDonald's at 5:16 a.m. when I got to the menu board nobody ever said anything. So I drove up to the window and I saw a guy that was sweeping.
