My favorite place for sushi. The quality is always excellent, and I truly enjoy eating here. I’ve been a customer for years, and whether you’re coming with family, a partner, or on your own, this is the perfect spot. The ambience and staff are consistently great — fast, kind, and delicious food every time.
Today I had the pleasure of being served by Joseph, and he was amazing.
I totally recommend coming here. Great prices, happy hour, all‑you‑can‑eat options, a regular menu, and it’s very kid‑friendly. You need to try it for sure.

Kumori Sushi & Teppanyaki was a great experience overall, and I would definitely come back. As someone who enjoys sushi, I was happy with the quality and freshness of what we ordered. The fish tasted fresh, the rolls were well made, and everything was presented beautifully. It's obvious they take pride in the appearance of their dishes, which made the meal even more enjoyable.

The restaurant itself was clean, modern, and had a relaxed atmosphere that made it a nice place to sit down and enjoy lunch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and everyone we interacted with was polite and professional.

The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that I think a few menu items could have had a little more flavor or seasoning to make them truly memorable. The food was good, but there wasn't anything that absolutely wowed me. That said, everything was fresh, portions were fair, and the quality was consistent from start to finish.

If you're looking for fresh sushi in San Antonio, Kumori is definitely worth trying. The combination of good service, a clean environment, quality ingredients, and a comfortable atmosphere makes it an easy restaurant to recommend. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu because I enjoyed my first visit and think this is a reliable spot for sushi lovers.

Kumori is great! Our server Destiny was super nice and the cucumber lemonade is delicious! Love the katsu curry but please bring the old recipe back!
