Alison gave great service!

Sushi is good but service is AWFUL.. extremely slow and servers will walk right past you and not take your order for 20+ minutes.

I saw them serving their diners, but it seemed unfair to me that they kept the people who came to pick up food waiting for more than 30 minutes. They didn't give them the same attention as if they were there, there were customers waiting for their dishes at home. But I think that because they aren't present and don't receive tips, they don't care about what happens to them. The service should be the same for everyone. If they can't handle everything, they should hire more staff. This place is very bad. I will never order takeout from this place.

Let me start with one thing, the food was very good, the service on the other hand, was not. This is extremely upsetting because me and my girlfriend absolutely love this place and have been going here for a long time. Our server on this particular trip, Jasmine, was the downfall of our love to this place. To start things off, I feel that every time she would walk by our table, she made a certain face that would otherwise give a sour feeling. Then, our check to end was around 17 dollars, and we paid with cash. Jasmine had said it was perfectly fine to pay with cash. When we gave her our money, she asked “do you want your change?”, who asks that? Of course I want my change stop asking for money. To add to that, when she came back she gave us a SINGLE dollar and said “we don’t have change sooooooo” and walked away! Didn’t even apologize. Hello? If you “have no change” then ask me to pay with a card and NOT cash, like you could have told me that you have “no change”. We decided to leave and call the manager, and he said that they, in fact, DID have a full register of change, and that she decided to just not give us our change, hello Jasmine?? The manager was understanding and said that he could give us our correct change back and that he would put his hands on this matter. But just in case that anyone reads this and goes there, watch out for Jasmine because she will steal your money pocket your change. Never will go here again

Went here today for the first time during lunch and it was so good!! The service was quick and our waitress was super friendly and polite. Nothing tasted fishy or unpleasant and for the all you can eat price i definitely recommend!

Poor management. Decided to close an hour early due to weather….a little bit of rain. When you own a restaurant, you maintain the hours you have listed to avoid cases like this— inconveniencing people who traveled from out of town.

We’ve been coming here for a couple years now, but today was probably the best service and food. Kumori recently introduced All You Can Eat, and Gabriel, our server, crushed it. The timing of each order was perfectly spaced out, where we had little of any wait. He always checked to see if we needed anything else ordered, and we ordered A LOT. He never made us feel like a burden, either, even though I ordered some weird variations (mainly gluten free versions). The food was perfect. It was all together a great meal.

Great ambiance but the food is not that good. Doesn’t seem like they use good tuna and the rolls aren’t flavorful
