Great ambiance but the food is not that good. Doesn’t seem like they use good tuna and the rolls aren’t flavorful

The rolls was great, but something was off with the eel sauce. It was thicker than normal. The customer service was fairly bad. We showed up 40 min to close and were met with visible frustration like taking anymore customers at this hour was a hassle. That was after the rude host up front asked a sarcastic question to my niece who was looking towards an available table.

I've been a loyal customer from this location for about 5 years and I've never had a single complaint because everything has been perfect until today. I Unfortunately found a hair in my food specifically a sushi roll, and the reason behind this was because the lady making it wasn't wearing a hair net or hat to cover her hair (isn't their a hygiene policy ?)this is very upsetting for me because I love this place it's my go to for sushi.
Usually don't make these reviews but it's better to be safe than sorry, check your food !

As far as staff, the lady who helped us was very kind. We went in because it shows on Google as having Habachi, but they DO NOT. However, it was clean, and if you like Teppanyaki and rolls and other things outside of habachi. You may like it
This isn't real sushi. The miso was lukewarm, the fish was mushy, it felt like everything was sitting on a counter for two hours until they served it to us. And that price tho? $$$$$$$$. No thanks, sorry.

I ordered take out for my team at the office & had ordered several sushi rolls. The fish in the sushi wasn’t so fresh (I could taste the fishiness more than it’s ever been), so I hope I don’t get sick. Did not include any wasabi, ginger or chopsticks for any of the sushi rolls I ordered as well as barely any soy sauce packets for four sushi rolls (came with only packets). Extremely disappointed and not worth the price.

The culinary offerings at this restaurant are exceptional, featuring a menu that consistently delivers delightful flavors. However, it is important to note that the service does not always meet the same high standards. Despite my frequent visits (approximately seven times), the responsiveness and speed of the staff have been less than satisfactory. On occasions, it has been necessary to reiterate requests to ensure they are fulfilled. Even during times when the establishment was not busy, service times remained slow. Despite these issues, the quality of the food is a compelling reason to return, and I would still recommend dining here to experience their excellent dishes.

This place is local for us. They always have good food and quick service. We mostly order takeout . A few hiccups here and there over the years but wanted to give a nice review for this location. I would say that you should fix the reward system with phone number. It’s always complicated when trying to earn points.

Has gone down hill so quickly over the past 6 months or so. Absolute disappointment. Tuna is unappetizing, rolls are thrown poorly together, and missing key components. Stear clear.
