OUR SERVER WYATT WAS AMAZING-We had an amazing experience from start to finish, and a huge part of that was our server, Wyatt. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome the moment we sat down. Wyatt checked on us regularly without being overbearing, made great recommendations, and made sure our drinks and food came out exactly as we wanted. His positive attitude and genuine personality really stood out and made the whole meal even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic, everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and the atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience, and that level of customer service is becoming harder to find. Wyatt went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and his attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. Because of the outstanding service and overall experience, we’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family. If you get the chance, ask for Wyatt—you won’t be disappointed. He made an already great meal into an exceptional experience. Five stars all the way!

This all you can eat is incredible! Wyatt was the best part of the service. We had specific notes to our orders that Wyatt made sure we got. He even made sure that my bodybuilding brother, stayed hydrated. Very caring and fun to talk to! Great time!

I placed my order over the phone at 7:04 PM and was told it would be ready in 20–25 minutes. Instead, I ended up waiting almost an hour before my food was ready. Delays can happen, but what was most disappointing was that the manager on duty never acknowledged the delay or offered a simple apology. Good customer service starts with communication and taking responsibility when things don’t go as planned. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I hope they improve how they handle situations like this in the future.

We've been going to Kumori for years now, but this was my first time back at its original location in quite a while because the Alamo Ranch location was closer to where I used to live. This location in Stone Oak, though, is definitely the best. Their food is always good, but the service and atmosphere of the Stone Oak location just can't be beat.

Fantastic food, very robust menu. The best part - the all you can eat Lunch AND Dinner menus. Tons of options for classic, fried, and specialty rolls, noodles, rice, and desserts. Easily the best meal deal in San Antonio!
