Kung Fu Saloon is blatantly homophobic and racist, using an arbitrary “dress code” as a tool for discrimination. This policy is selectively enforced to target LGBTQ+ individuals and racially profile people of color, fostering an environment that is both unwelcoming and unsafe.

Saturday night 3/23 I attempted to get the attention of a bartender, to escort out a belligerently drunk male who had aggressively assaulted me and my friend.
