Horrible experience for my son's birthday. Was informed on wrong go cart race time and missed the race. Poor communication and mis management Kids were crying and upset, had to wait another hour and no compensation provided. Embezzled my money and time, had us wait 1.5hrs for the next Jr race completely unprofessional and acceptable.
Devin was awesome in directing us in the right place yesterday! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our first time there!

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in San Antonio is a popular destination for parties and entertainment. The venue offers a variety of games and activities, including go-kart racing, which visitors have enjoyed. Kids especially love the many games and the tiny bowling alley, while adults can relax at the bar to watch their children have fun from a distance. The restaurant features options like the burger kids meal, which has received positive comments, though prices are noted to be high. The cheese sticks, however, have been criticized for coming out frozen and the burger for being tasteless. Despite some food issues, the overall experience, prices, and rewards program have been rated positively. Server Katelyn was praised for her attentive and professional service. The venue is suitable for those looking for fun activities, but it is recommended to eat beforehand. Visitors suggest bringing a few hundred dollars to ensure everyone has a good time.
Many guests find the place fun for both parents and kids, though it can get pricey with larger families. The track itself is incredible, three stories high with all the turns and cool-looking electric go-carts. The area where parents can watch is good but loud, with tire screeches echoing through the space, so ear plugs are suggested. The bathrooms are not the cleanest, and drinks can be very pricey. Nonetheless, kids have a great time, which is the main reason for visiting. Customer service is highly praised, with staff going above and beyond, such as safely securing lost belongings. Overall, Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is a fun spot for entertainment, especially if visitors are prepared for the costs and noise.
Recent reviews highlight that it is the right place to enjoy free time with family and friends. Staff like Jess and Jazmine are very friendly, helpful, respectful, and create a welcoming, peaceful environment. Guests mention that kids have an absolute blast and don’t want to leave, and the staff makes everything easy and fun from start to finish. The wait for the winter pass and waivers was about ten minutes, and after waiting in traffic, guests received three free races. The races last about 10 minutes, and the karts are comfortable. The customer service is outstanding, with the arcade offering great selections. The price for two people to enjoy three races was $83.99, and the 7D experience is highly recommended and worth doing again. Overall, visitors feel the place is perfect for families looking for a fun day out.
