The staff is friendly, and service is fast and quick, even during busy times. The shop is always clean. The interior decor is super cute, and board games are available to play while waiting. One visitor stayed in San Antonio for three days and came back every day for a cup of boba. Another guest ordered two cold teas, a hot tea, and the clam ramen, which is really really spicy.
