Fantastic food

First time here, amazing food!! Loved the flavors something different for me was delicious!! I got the half and half BBQ beef and BBQ pork, comes with steam rice 🍚 and an amazing macaroni salad that is to die for!! Maria the girl in the front amazing customer service she was great!! Will come back for sure!♥️♥️

This place is horrible…don’t waste your time or money going to this location. I love L&L and have been to other locations many times but this experience was very bad. They’re extremely slow, the portion was half what it usually is despite prices being sky high and the food was so gross. Texture is dry/old but maybe they tried to revive it by drowning it in sauce?? Which is very atypical. Usually the meats are not already coated in sauce. Extremely disappointed and annoyed that I wasted my money for this. Kind of ruins the brand for me and I’ll probably never be back.

Customer service from Alex C. was unprofessional shouldn’t be handling orders if he’s going to be rude to customers. Restaurant was filled with flies. However, the food was good.

I’m honestly disgusted. I found a cockroach in my food—completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. This isn’t a small mistake, it’s a reflection of poor hygiene and lack of proper food safety standards.

For a place rated 4 stars, this is shocking. No restaurant serving food like this deserves that kind of rating. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else risk it either.

Was visiting on vacation. There were so many flies inside the restaurant we ended up taking our food to go. Guess I shouldn't have been surprised when my stomach was upset later.

We used to go to the L&L off Austin highway and it was our favorite spot! It was a bit of a drive for us but it was always worth it. This time around I decided to try the one that was near us. I wanted to mention that I did place an online order through uber eats and through the app it doesn’t let you double down on certain side, so I had to call the restaurant and the person I spoke too was very friendly and professional! Now I’m not sure if it was because I ordered online instead of dining in, but the rice was very disappointing. From what I remember at the other location the rice is usually fresh and soft. This one was hard and dry like it was old. I thought it was just my chicken plate but the spam musubi was even more dry! There were pieces that were so hard they were sticking to my teeth and making it really hard to eat my dinner. The Mac salad and the chicken was good but the old hard rice made it hard to enjoy. Maybe we’ll just stick with the other location from now on.

I've been to many L&Ls around the US, and they all have their own little character that makes them different, what makes this one special is how poor the service is, also the quality of chicken is hands down... THE worst I have had from any L&Ls. I cannot express how big of a miss this one is in comparison to others outside of San Antonio. Save your money 🙂

This location is a noticeable departure from the West Coast spots in California and Washington, and unfortunately, it doesn't live up to the same standard. The meat was quite disappointing, oversauced and almost like jerky, while the vegetables felt like they were microwaved in a bag and served without much care. The platter lacked any real organization, and the rice was gummy and clumped together rather than being light and fluffy. Despite there being only two customers in the restaurant, it still took about 20 minutes to prepare the meal, and the result felt lackluster for the wait. The music was good, but the vibes were a bit dreary. I saw the warnings in the reviews but chose to give it a chance anyway; unfortunately, I won’t be making that mistake again.
