It was terrible overpriced and very rude service they only speak English in there so it was difficult to understand and communicate. Even the people in front of us were not happy with anything from this place. Overall will not come back here. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Best ice cream shop and fruteria in San Antonio.

I visited recently and was disappointed with the level of customer service. While the product/service itself was fine, the staff came across as rushed and somewhat dismissive during the interaction. I believe customer experience is just as important as the service provided, and I hope management takes this as constructive feedback to improve future interactions.

Staff is honestly rude all three times I’ve been there since my two visits in October and my visit now. One they don’t even know their own menu they have to look and ask again and talk to us like we are dumb. You say one item and they go straight to the back they don’t wait for your full order. Nor do they ask for the size of cup they just give you what ever without asking. They raise their voice like calm down I’m right in front of you, and anytime they ask you a question they just wait for you to respond and stare at you dumb . I signed the receipt after purchasing and the lady just snatched it and moved her hand right away from mine as if I had a disease .They are so unorganized , little room and as soon as you enter you are overwhelmed with clutter, the ice cream freezers don’t even fit and you can see how forced the fit is. And 15 bucks for two corn cups is crazy! And for it to not even be the sizes I wanted. Rude tones and unacceptable to not ask what size of anything.

First time here and what really stood out were the rude employees. The employees are unorganized and act like they don’t want to work. No pride in what you do is sad. It’s understandable if there is a line or a lot of people waiting, but no reason to be rude to customers. The mangonadas are not made to order, they are portioned out and stored in a freezer chest. Will not be coming back.
