My family and I love this place but we have learned to not eat there for dinner. The food seems as if it is always thrown together, sometimes cold, like it’s the leftovers of the day. It’s good for breakfast and lunch but sadly not for dinner.
I got the pancake platter (no egg) and some barbacoa- overall really good, barbacoa not supper greasy which many restaurants lack on. Pancakes were good, the second one under it was a little burnt. The pancakes on taste overall was good for what it is, they were spongy but a bit dry even with butter. The service/server was super nice, and tried her best to make this the best restaurant experience for us. We also got the dipping cheese- sadly was really watery but was still good!

La Parilla Mexican Restaurant is an authentic Mexican food family owned restaurant where you can select various dishes from their pictured displayed menu. The menu prices are family friendly under $10 for appetite filling portions. Their unsweetened and sweet tea are delicious as I enjoy a glass of half mix of each. Their waitress staff are friendly and very attentive.
