Ordered food and the order was incorrect didn't realize it until I got home I called and manager said they would fix the ticket or give me another meal He gave me his name and said I would have no problems Went one day out the week to get meal and the young lady was rude and said all I could get was a pie after manager told me different I wasn't going to argue with her until her and another co worker started speaking Spanish to each other I clearly under the language more than I can speak it and they were discriminating me in Spanish The customer service is horrible at this particular location because they have a lot of younger staff I would think the area that it's in that the management wouldn't tolerate such behavior The behavior of the employees put a bad taste in my mouth

Not them saying my order would be done by 7:10pm then take an extra 40 min for my order. Couldn’t offer a drink for the wait or anything. Drive thru seems to be first priority

Went through drive-thru ordered two-piece fish with a baked potato with the fixings and of course when you pull up to the window they don't have the order ready so they tell you to park then you would think that they have plenty of time to get the order correct then when you get home they forget your sour cream and butter and cheese for your baked potato

I first had their fish, then salads and eventually the cheeseburger. Each fresh and very tasty. It takes about 10 min to have them make the burger, just a heads up.

I order 2 fried cod plate, they gave me one and 4 pieces of shrimp. I said no ice on my sodas and they put ice. No utensils. Ruined my lunch .

Place is usually good, but lately it’s trash. Waiting 40 minutes for food, when I got it, it was cold. They Made another plate, still wasn’t that hot and it took another 30 minutes to get.

I won’t ever step inside Laguna Madre on Westover Hills again!! They messed up on our order, which isn’t unusual in fast food. I also believe in extending grace and wanted to give them an opportunity to make it right. Consequently, we called and spoke to a manager named “Mr. C” who seemed really apologetic and determined to correct their mistake. However, he wasn’t there and we had to deal with a very young female manager who had absolutely no concept of customer and was very rude! I’ve nvr expected such a terrible exchange! Shame on her and shame on you Bill Miller’s for not ensuring every manager has the proper training!!

Thank you Laguna Madre on 151. We had a family birthday celebration on 9.21.24 with about 40 family members. The staff went above and beyond not only to serve us but make us feel so welcome! Thank you thank you thank you! We will definitely be back ?

It was a little dark even during lunch but I'm okay with that. Sports on TV while enjoying the meal. Good value for the amount of food you get and quality is very good.

I was trying to enjoy a birthday meal, but after waiting 15 mins for the store to finish my order, they forgot my 1 piece of cod from my #1 combos, and after getting over it, and continuing to try and enjoy the night, I get to the bottom of my plate to find a dead insect, and I can’t be any more serious when I say this brought disgust. After that I had to call the store, in which all they can say was sorry and they would replace my meals the next time I go in… I’m sorry but it’s going to be hard going back to that store when I barely eat at laguna madre!

Food is great if you get the full order. Didn't get the Gumbo nor the Sweet Tea. If we are spending $50 on lunch, make sure you get the full order. It's Doordash order, can't you spend that 10 min wait you had my driver sitting reviewing your orders? Same employees wanting customers to tip.
