Best service I’ve ever had, absolutely fantastic smiling service from the man at the front window. 10/10. Would totally recommend just to feel the positive energy alone.

I am an Uber eats delivery driver. I went to pick up an order for a customer. I told the man that I was there for an Uber pickup for an individual. He went to the back like he was going to check but never returned. Two other females asked what I needed but no response. 15 to 20 minutes later another man came from the back and asked if he could see the order. 5 to 10 minutes later he finally came out with the order. I will never accept an order from Las Palapas ever again. As a delivery driver time is money and the customer was very dissatisfied. Nuff said!
0900 June 4th. Okay, I decided to give Las Palapas a second chance. Big mistake. Apparently the customer order 2 barbacoa tacos an 2 others. The person in the front tells me the are out of barbacoa. First, why would the accept an order when they don't have the product in stock. Second, why don't they have a way to contact the customer to let them know. The manager asked me to contact the customer to let them know. I don't work for Las Palapas but I tried to contact the customer anyway. I did not get a response. Sorry Las Palapas. I will definitely not accept an order from Las Palapas again.

DASHERS BEWARE! This is strictly a post about dashing for this establishment. Out of all the times I have gone there it's been 50/50 on waiting long or not. The times it did take long, it took way to long. Waited 40 minutes for an order that they started after I arrived. Still don't understand why it took so long. When im waiting that long to make $5, when I could do 2 deliveries and make much more than that in the same amount of time it cuts into my earnings. To not even offer a drink or something, knowing your holding someone up is a ridiculous lack of consideration or care for people that are literally delivering your food to people for you. Do better.

​I was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time, but it ended up being an absolute nightmare. Everything seemed fine until the food actually arrived.
​First Issue: As soon as my plate was dropped off, I noticed a long hair resting right on top of my taco. It completely ruined my appetite.
​Second Issue: Hoping it was a one-off, I reached for the green salsa we had requested. I dipped my chip in, and to my absolute disgust, there was another hair sitting right inside the salsa.
​When I brought this to the attention of our waitress, instead of apologizing or trying to fix it, she flat-out denied it. We actually went back and forth with her arguing that a visible hair wasn’t a hair. The lack of hygiene is deeply concerning, but the hostile, dismissive service made it ten times worse.
​Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness and basic customer respect. I will definitely not be back.

Stopped with 2 hungry kids on our way home from vacation and they sat us at the back and ignored us. No one spoke to us. We waited almost 20 min not even being offered water or chips before we walked out. No one spoke to us as we left. Multiple waitresses made eye contact without speaking to us. Don't waste your time.

The server seated us at a table and totally forgot about us! We waited 30mins and left. The restaurant was not busy.

Worst service ever! I was at the driver thru for like 5 mins waiting, I decided to go to the window and the same thing nobody answer!! I had to go all the way around again to order! Nobody was there and this servers don’t even put attention! Sad thing I work as a server as well and is sad to see how people make us all look bad!!!

Had me pull up and wait for 20 minutes while various cars passed me up. I had to back up to the window to ask them if they forgot my order. Windows person said the wait was on pancakes, I have never known pancakes to take 20 minutes. Then proceeded to forget my tortillas which I had to drive back for. Carne guisada was dried out and shredded meat instead of meat chunks as usual.

Lipstick was on the cup they served my coffee in. One person was cleaning the plants next to us while we were trying to eat. The egg was not as I ordered and the potatoes were hard. The beans were good, however.

The cheese enchilada plate was very good portion could have been a little bigger but it was still very tasty and a decent amount. The refried beans we're excellent with a delicate flavor of pork and onion which made the beans a standout. The tortillas tasted like they were made by hand and were absolutely amazing. The tortilla chips were also fresh warm and flavorful. The salsa what's medium thickness and blended well.
There were plenty of servers and the wait staff was attentive.
The restaurant and tables were clean and well maintained. There's a large portion of the parking lot for special needs drivers and passengers, but not much in the way in the way of parking for others so on a crowded day it may be difficult to find a a nearby place to park. Parking is free.
The restaurant includes a bar and various specialty margaritas, but no alcoholic beverages were tried.

I ordered chicken/beef fajita tacos to go. Today's were absolutely terrible! They were cold and the cheese wasn't throughly melted. Not worth the $15. So disappointed!

December 20, 2025. Large Tortilla soup seems to be less in quantity and quality. Cheese enchiladas had no cheese inside only on top. Ordered LP bowl with chicken al carbon and it was all rice little beans and less than 4 0z of chicken. For the increase in price the quantity and quality is not worth it. Go to Taco P, Chipotle or Panda or try your luck with the abundance of restaurants on Military Dr.
