Lunch Hour: Bad service. Didn't remember what we ordered. Got it wrong and forgot stuff.
Food was completely cold.
Waitress seemed to know very little English. Perhaps that is why everything was wrong.

Service was great for lunch today.
Our waitress did a great job and the hostess seated us promptly.
They keep this up and I'll have to bump it up a star.

Again service is lacking.
Skipped over in the wait to be seated.
Followed by being seated and not being served for 5 minutes.
Waited again for refills.
The salsa was awesome though. Best I've had in awhile.

The Good:
First, the food has been consistently delicious, which is pretty good.
Second, the roll back or throw back pricing on Mondays and Wednesdays is just awesome. Delicious food at a great price. Keeps me coming back.
Third, the enchilada sauce is spot on.
The Bad:
Sometimes service isn't that great.
Of the times I've been here two times I had poor service. Both times it was the same server. The other times it's been great, which I've lost count on.

Cheap taco fix.
Not sure why this location doesn't move big orders in the drive through one car up they let others with a smaller order wait 10 or 15 minutes which is kind of ridiculous. I've seen this done at the Babcock location where they move people up with bigger orders.

It took forever for them to bring us a drink order. I had the Carne Guisada plate , the portions were very small. My husband had the Pancake breakfast and they brought him watered down sugar free syrup , his food had onions which he asked for no onions. They don’t even have silverware. They have plastic silverware. I will NOT be coming back.

The place is dead and taking forever at the drive-through just to place an order for tacos and have to be told to pull up and wait. Still a good minute just for a few tacos??? That’s why you don’t tip at the drive-thru. I’m not dining in or having it delivered. You could even see the time difference when the tacos were ready versus when I actually got them.

Extremely disappointed! ☹️ Highly priced for small amount of unpleasant Mexican food. I did like the homemade corn tortilla but that’s not worth $15 for 3 tacos. All the booth tables were dirty at 10am. No toilet paper in restrooms meanwhile all female workers who were talking the whole time. The female supervisor was eating one of the desserts near the food being served. No professionalism! Don’t try the egg and brisket taco! $5 for a couple of pieces of brisket!!! Never again on 1604 and IH10.

a true disgrace to this city
I ordered barbecue online, the sauce was missing, I think it wasn't a pound of barbecue either, apart from very bad flavor. Then someone talks on the phone and they don't answer, leaving them on hold for a long time. Unfortunately their service is terrible!

I have been going to this location for years, and it has really been going downhill lately. This used to be the best breakfast spot. If you want to go through the drive-thru at open (6am), forget about it. People are inside, but they won't answer. The door stays locked until they decide they're ready.
Today, we dined in. I had a picadillo taco, which was fine. But, my potato/egg/cheese taco had something sickly sweet in it that I couldn't identify. Our son had a pancake plate with extra scrambled eggs. One batch of eggs was edible, one wasn't. The pancakes looked like burnt crepes. To their credit, they removed the charge for the pancakes. This kind of thing has become more frequent. The waitstaff is great, but we probably won't come back.
