Friendly staff, but the brisket was bland and tough.
Went on 4th of July. Had the turkey and it was a big disappointment for the cost. The texture was pre-cooked, rubbery and very peppery. Not much of smoke flavor. I do not recommend turkey. The rest including dining experience was ok.

We had a fantastic experience at Rudy’s Bar-B-Q! We’re visiting from Louisiana and are so glad we decided to stop in. We tried a little bit of everything, and every item was delicious. The portions were generous, and we left completely stuffed!
A special thank you to Sandra, who gave us the best service. She was so friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Her recommendations were great, and she really made our visit memorable.
If you’re in the area, we definitely recommend stopping by. We’ll be back the next time we’re in Texas!

Ordered meats and sides to celebrate Father's Day. Delicious as always! We ordered a pound of brisket, one pound of turkey and 2 sausages. We ordered a quart of potato salad and a quart of creamed corn. Picked up and kept meats warm in the oven. Heated up cream corn on the stove and enjoyed with family once everyone arrived!
Great place for BBQ after a good motorcycle ride.

If they are supposed to be known for great brisket, people are WRONG. I've had fairly decent brisket here before. NOT this time. 75% fat with a little meat. Just awful. Turkey and sausage were OK.

All meats are a hour wait on a Saturday Night.
They brag that they are the worst bar-b-que in Texas. Wrong! It's pretty darned good. I like the place and the food and I will go back again for a different meal, just to try something different. Atmosphere is very casual.

Been coming to this store going on 16 years and todays' visit resonates as the worst. The brisket was wonderful, sausage was good and the creamed corn is our go to. Way too much interaction between the counter staff and those portioning the meats. The orders kept getting messed up as we were attempting to checking out. Great job icing down the drink traufts, let's put more drinks in next time. It is 2026, how about upgrading the credit card terminals with functional units that work and don't have taped on instructions...very disappointing experience!

Bad, bad experience. Meat cold, I asked for moist meat and was super dry. No mayonnaise to cover the dry meat. I took people from out of the country. Bad bad.
Our 1st time in TX and we wanted to have some BBQ before leaving. We stopped here because it had a decent rating. Very happy we stopped. The food was great! I had a pulled pork sandwich and my son had ribs. The beans were very good and for a BBQ place, that's a telling indicator.
