How had I not tried this place out? This looks like the perfect place for breakfast and an early lunch. So, I stopped in as I was in the area for work, and let me tell you... I can just feel the vibe. Because I was in a little bit of a rush, I could only order 2 of my go-to tacos, Chicharron con Salsa. I was not disappointed at all. The young lady who took my order was absolutely awesome.Welcomed me before.I even finished walking through the door. I ordered a large coffee.Also...

I've been coming to lil Johnny's at least once a year since for the last 25+ years and the food is usually pretty good... the tortillas are excellent but they don't give you hardly any good, the carne guisada was almost all fat, the papa ranchera was fried potatoes with a little bit of what looked like taco sauce, the bean and cheese was really good but I don't think I'll be back after yesterdays visit...

Their salsa verde sauce is the best I've had, and their chilaquiles plate is incredibly filling and hearty. I absolutely loved having breakfast here, and you will too!
