Why is DoorDash prices sooo expensive.
The customer service is awful. I pull up to the window. The lady don’t even give you time to talk. She just hand you the food and walk away. Call her back to get some sweet-and-sour sauce and she pretty much just threw it into my hand disrespectfully then I called and asked to speak with a manager And she seen me get the number and acted like she was a manager and didn’t take heat to anything that was said this place is very disrespectful and rude

I truly wish the employees could stand further away from the drive through when they take a smoke break. I could barely breathe while trying to order because smoke was flying into my window. Super gross and has been an issue with this location since it opened. Please consider having the employees who smoke go further down and away from where customers are trying to order!
Bland and tasteless...first and last time...

Stay away, the owner is a con artist. I went in and asked a few questions about their lunch specials and ordered 2 plates from the lunch menu. While pointing at the lunch specials and ordering with the owner. I was told the 2 plates came out to $43 and I asked “for 2 lunch specials?” Then the owner said “oh you wanted lunch specials” like he didn’t know. After that he was still charging $9 extra for the eggroll saying it wasn’t included. I pointed at the menu showing it says eggroll is included. The owner looked at the menu, and said no it’s not there like I’m the one losing my mind. (Menu is posted here) I’ve had good experience at the other locations but I will not come to this one. I walked out and went to bill millers instead.

I ordered lemon chicken. They gave me a cup of lemon flavoring and chicken nuggets. It's vile and it's incredible they're attempting to pass this off as Chinese food. The chicken nuggets are flavorless. The lemon tastes artificial.

I just had a horrible experience when I tried to order a lunch special. I called in and ordered L10 Schzeuan Chicken - Lunch special. I was charged the full a la carte $19.47 instead of 10.99 plus tax. When I asked why I was not charged the lunch special amount the employee, who appeared to be the owner, simply said we don’t have Szechuan Chicken as part of the lunch special which is a blatant lie as you can see from the image of the menu, “L10.Szechuan Chicken” - I am glad I went inside and picked up a menu. He also tried to cut a deal by asking, is it okay if I give $6 discount and you keep the order. I said okay but while he was trying to process the refund I went inside and saw the menu which clearly has Szechuan chicken as the lunch special. Stay away!
Lin’s Express used to be hands down, one of my absolute favorites to go to. The food is delicious BUT the quantity/portion has gone down tremendously! My go to is the lemon chicken, 1/2 the serving and the chicken is super thin. Not to mention, the lemon sauce container wasn’t even 1/2 full. So now, It’s a bit pricey considering how little they give you. I thought it was a once or twice “bad day” but over the past couple months, I’ve gone quite a few times hoping they’d go back to what their portions were. Sadly, today will be the last day that I support this business.

Not ever including soy sauce packets is ridicules
Seriously, tip for drive thourgh, very hard to communicate through that speakers system in the drive through
I always get their chicken and veggies. Large portions that last several days. Hubby gets the general tso. We always get the spring rolls , egg rolls, and crab Rangoon's.
I just picked up an order for triple delight no more lunch specials and the triple delight tasted like sweet-and-sour sauce. I won’t be going there for a while. It used to be so delicious. I don’t know what happened.
"Fried rice" recipe lacks all the features of good fried rice-- no carrots, onions, egg, or peas-- it's only rice. The meat dishes are delicious and the serving sizes are generous.
