We were on the side of town and I thought let’s try this place. I saw on TikTok needless to say it lived up to the Hype. Very chill very clean our server Gabe was really nice even though it’s 45+ minutes from my house. I may have to come back quarterly because their pho was fantastic. They do not pho around With the portions and they are not skimpy with the beef that being said, they offer kids bowls and you can split a Regular size bowl.

Our server Tien was awesome and very attentive!!! Very good manners which these days are hard to come by. Great service!! I live in Killeen and came to eat the Bun Bo Hue because in Killeen they don't use the ox blood or the pig hock but this one only has the pig hock and the Viet Ham which was amazing still!!! The broth I really loved and the side of Hoisin sauce they give u with it it's a mix it's not just hoisin and it's sooooo yummy!! I will be back every time I come visit...read full review
