Every time I go to my neighborhood Papa John’s, everyone there is just super nice. Thank y’all!
I ordered two pizzas. The one pepperoni and jalapenos, one double pepperoni. Three first was missing the jalapenos and the second had less than half the pepperoni of a regular... For $42, it would be nice if they got the TWO toppings right... On top of that, the customer services page only directs me to a feed back form that won't show the location by me, so I can't even do that...
The pizza would have been great if I ordered a regular pepperoni and a half pepperoni 😑

The staff were trying their best, but they were overwhelmed and unable to keep up. I ordered online for pickup, got there at prescribed time and waited another 40-45 minutes. The food order was wrong, I just accepted it, it was what it was. I thought that I would witness Door Dash drivers fight. They either need more staff or the website should limit orders.

Papa Johns Pizza offers a variety of pizzas, including stuffed crust and specialty options. The service can be unwelcoming and slow, and some customers have found that their orders were not prepared as requested, with toppings bunched in the center of the pizza or not fully cooked. Despite these issues, Papa Johns remains a convenient choice for those looking for a quick and familiar pizza option close to home. The food is quick, hot, and pretty delicious, and the customer service is amazing, with the staff immediately addressing and correcting any mistakes. The location is also very good.
