I've placed orders here several times seeing that this is the only one that delivers to my address. I'm not one to complain, but every order has either been wrong or has not shown up at all. Not sure what the problem is with this location but issues usually start with management. I placed an order about a hour and a 1/2 ago. And I'm just getting a message saying sorry, but your order is running late and no real answer on when I'll get my order. This is definitely unacceptable.

Ordered delivery and it never arrived called the store they looked up the order and said it should be on the way. Said to call back in 15 minutes if it didn’t show up. When it didn’t show up I called again then they told me it was ordered as carry out. Two hungry kids and no pizza or offer to replace order.

Ordered some pizza for dinner today. Papa Johns gave me the option for free delivery. The pizza was not delivered on time so I called the restaurant and was told my pizza was ready but they were running behind on deliveries and it would be awhile for my pizza to get delivered. I told them I'd pick up the pizza and asked them to refund the drivers tip. It was at this point that I was told they partner with door dash for deliveries and could not be refunded. Then the door dash driver calls me and was so rude over the phone berating me for picking up my own pizza. No more. I have removed my papa John's app.

We ordered a pizza at 4:40pm. Door dash driver assigned to deliver our pizza by 5:06-5:15pm. We got our pizza at 5:30. It was cold! Called and spoke to a manager who said ge was getting another made and would have delivered shortly. We didn't get that pizza until 6:30pm, same issue, it was cold! Called to speak to manager again but he never came to the phone. Guess he didn't want to talk to me for a third time.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS PAPA JOHNS! I ordered the family special, 1 large Works specialty, 1 large 2 topping pizza. I ate a slice of the works pizza. It had a specific bad taste. Tasted like old meat or maybe old rotten ingredients. I asked my spouse to smell it and she second the ingredients smelled of old or rotten meat or ingredients. I called the store and the representative offered to send another pizza. I ate a slice other the new pizza sent to me. I have pain in abdomen and threw up twice. I go back to read other reviews and they are reviews saying similar to my experience. This should be a crime to serve families such low quality food. Dangerous.
I paid for delivery and tips and overcharged me especially since I had to pick up my delivery. Pizza was cold and no peppers and garlic sauce. Shaq should be ashamed to be promoting this company.

Terrible! Placed my order around 5 pm, got a 90-100 min ETA. Waited 2 hrs for delivery and it never came. Drove to the store and found a line of people with missing orders. They found my order in their system and it still hadn't even been started. Got a refund.
