Had to wait about 30-40 minutes for food, and your employees do not have the courtesy to update you on how much longer it will be for your order. Your employees are so busy with their phones and giggling and playing around with their co-workers. Like, really, I have a family to feed, and employees want to be playing around. They didn't talk to me much when I pulled up to the window, nor tell me what was going on, so I did sit there at the drive through for a minute wondering what was up, turns out they were just waiting for a fresh pizza to leave the oven to give me.
