The customer service needs work. I ordered a pepperoni w/ extra cheese and was told to pull up for my total which was fine no worries. Although I was the only customer in line, no one spoke to me or relayed a wait time for my pizza. The workers were in the back having a conversation the entire 15 minutes I waited in line with my gas running and window down waiting to pay. drive thru is always packed af usually get too frustrated in drive thru because they have you sitting there without responding and seems hot & readys are never hot & ready why even call it a hot and ready?? they need more people to keep up with there customers...

This place is usually pretty fast but today was a pretty bad one. Several customers that were waiting inside had to wait an hour for their pizza. We even asked the manager to come up and explain or apologize. He didn't have the gut to show his face. That is pretty sad for this manager so much for customer service.
