Great service and the food came very timely. The food was hot and stayed pleasantly warm. The steaks were cooked to our taste and desires.

Service was marginal, asked 3 times for extra napkins, specifically asked to bring the main entree after we were done with salad, but again entree showed up a minute after salad. Do they want to get rid of us that fast? Perhaps she should have brought my se o d glass of wine a lot faster

I visited today 02/23/2020, restaurant was not busy lots of tables available, plenty of staff with long wait time. I waited approximately 30-35 minute to be seated, once seated the hostess had to figure out who wanted to wait our table. Didn’t know who the waitress/waiter was. I patiently waited an additional 10-15 minutes still no waiter. I decided to pick and take my business elsewhere. I’ve been here before with better service and great food. However this visit was unpleasant.

Don't go during winter, their heater doesn't work. Miserable experience and the fastest we have ever eaten dinner just to get out of that place. We asked for the manager and they never came. Poor waitress tried her best.

I went on my birthday. It was a DISASTER. Waitress was always disappearing, no bread. Served alcoholic beverages with no liquor, margarita was served melted, our prime ribs were COLD to the touch. And my dad got the completley wrong cut of meat. Repeatedly asked if we wanted something else instead, we refused about 4 times. We left without paying anything on behalf of the manager. It was that bad we didnt even pay for our drinks.

After posting a not so pleasant review from my previous experience, the management and owner made their best effort to make sure they redeemed themselves by demonstrating the importance of maintaining the customer happy. I didn't expect it, but I'm grateful to know even the simplest voice means everything to Logan's. Thank you Michael!

HUGE baked sweet potatoes, grilled veggies, steak was on point. And much quieter place to relax and enjoy your meal than some of the other steak houses.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I had the Ribs they are ok but they were dry with little flavor and needed more BBQ sauce. Just my opinion but good BBQ ribs need no BBQ sauce if done right and these did need the sauce. I do not go for the BBQ sauce. I go for the good flavor and taste of th he ribs. The photo attached was a dirty table when I got there and was still not cleaned off when we left, so because they where not busy the food should of been good.
