Great service and the food came very timely. The food was hot and stayed pleasantly warm. The steaks were cooked to our taste and desires.

Service was marginal, asked 3 times for extra napkins, specifically asked to bring the main entree after we were done with salad, but again entree showed up a minute after salad. Do they want to get rid of us that fast? Perhaps she should have brought my se o d glass of wine a lot faster

I visited today 02/23/2020, restaurant was not busy lots of tables available, plenty of staff with long wait time. I waited approximately 30-35 minute to be seated, once seated the hostess had to figure out who wanted to wait our table. Didn’t know who the waitress/waiter was. I patiently waited an additional 10-15 minutes still no waiter. I decided to pick and take my business elsewhere. I’ve been here before with better service and great food. However this visit was unpleasant.

Meh. Only went there because we had a gift card. Food wasn't good. Service was sub par even though we went when it wasn't busy. The bathrooms smelled gross too. Won't be going back.

Disappointed! Got there att 4:10pm, didn't see food until 5:30pm. I already looked at my digital menu so I knew what I wanted when I got there. Apparently, they switched shifts and didn't know where to sit me. Finally got somewhere and the waiter was too busy for his section because I only show food when I complained and stated to cash me out with thee drinks I have cOnsumed. Got my bill and they charged me for The whole meal plus didn't give me the HH prices for the drinks. I will never darken that door ever again.

Don't go during winter, their heater doesn't work. Miserable experience and the fastest we have ever eaten dinner just to get out of that place. We asked for the manager and they never came. Poor waitress tried her best.

If we could give no stars, we would. We decided to stop in for the great rolls and a steak (party of 3). Parking lot was fairly empty = no wait on a Friday at 4:30pm... Great right? No!!! There were 7 servers and hostesses standing around on their phones at the checkin podium and joking around as if they were at someone's house party. One finally notices us and seats us... 15 min later... no server. No water. No "I'll be with you in a sec".....but we counted at least 4 servers on the clock walk pass and hang out like they were waiting for a table to be sat. We promptly got up and advised we were leaving since no one stopped by ti acknowledge us and the "group"" had the audacity to say have a good evening. As a former server dor rhis chain, I will never return and would rather wait 30 min across the street at Longhorn Steakhouse for better service!

Oooooooh Damn Damn Damn (Florida Evans Voice). I luv Logans rolls, steaks and of all sweet potatoes. But this one will never see another dine of mine. Just went there middle of the day shouldnt be crowed we should be in and out. Spot was empty but we get seated at our table and wait for 15 no waiter no water no one said nuthin. I literally watched 3 people within eye view of us just chillin. One was on her phone, one was foldin boxes and one kinda had the dope fiend lean like she was off sone pills or something. Needless to say we get up and go to walk out and the 3 stooges are still in the same places doin the same thing and none of them even acknowledged us ask why we was leavin or said nuthin. I see why this spot has 3 stars and I see why they wasnt busy on a Sat.. Came across the street to Longhorn of course its a 20 min wait but I bet the service will be legit. Hate to do it but Logans ur dead to me burn in hell with gasoline draws on!!!!!!!!!!!
I went on my birthday. It was a DISASTER. Waitress was always disappearing, no bread. Served alcoholic beverages with no liquor, margarita was served melted, our prime ribs were COLD to the touch. And my dad got the completley wrong cut of meat. Repeatedly asked if we wanted something else instead, we refused about 4 times. We left without paying anything on behalf of the manager. It was that bad we didnt even pay for our drinks.

So we stopped by today because I was in the mood for ribs. Walked in behind a family of 4 who were told to wait while they cleaned their table. As I looked around the restaurant, I noticed that the restaurant was practically empty. How does a restaurant who has almost no costumers not have clean tables. We waited almost 8 minutes while they cleaned the families table, before we were sat down. We were sat down by the bar and the bartender was our waitress. As she took our drink order, she informed us that she would be our waitress and bartender. She delivered our drinks and we told her we were not ready to order. She left to take some drink orders and we waited again for almost 10 minutes when I decided that I did not want to stay. We left soon after. I dont understand why they would put us in an area that would remove the bartender from her duties to take menu orders.

After posting a not so pleasant review from my previous experience, the management and owner made their best effort to make sure they redeemed themselves by demonstrating the importance of maintaining the customer happy. I didn't expect it, but I'm grateful to know even the simplest voice means everything to Logan's. Thank you Michael!

My husband & I were given gift cards to Logan's for Christmas and we were both skeptical to use them since we had never been huge fans of Logan's before. The day after Christmas we went and possibly had the worst service ever (not sure the servers name but she wears a thick black headband). So we decided to get take out instead and had THE BEST SERVICE EVER! This review isn't really in regard to Logan's as a restaurant/business but is in regard to their server Cindy. She was beyond nice, sweet, and made our day. She went over everything in the order, gave us rolls, peanuts, and drinks (on the house). If you go you have to ask for Cindy. I repeat ASK FOR CINDY!!!! She was an older woman that I promise will make your day
