Lone Star Reviews
Food here was extremely disappointing. The “smoked” meats were incredibly dry and lacked flavor — nothing about them suggested proper smoking technique. My wife ordered her steak medium rare, but it came out overcooked and tough, more like a hockey puck than a steak. It was not only overdone but tasted off as well.
The mashed potatoes were just as concerning — they looked curdled and unappetizing.

Fried chicken was way over cooked. All I could taste was salt. French fries were way overcooked, and like the chicken covered in salt. Terrible food. The cobb salad came with chicken, but the bill added extra $4 for the chicken. Then the waitress gave an excuse of, wait for it, “oh, we usually put Turkey in, that’s why they charged for chicken“. The menu stated the salad came with grilled chicken. Do not recommend this place.
Chicken fried chicken batter was waaaaay over salted and my beer was warm, service was great on a quiet Thursday night at around 6:45.
