I ordered the outlaw Ribeye steak cooked medium. It came out raw. Still mooing. I asked my server to cook it more and not only did she get a attitude with me she took it back and they only cooked it next to the bone on one corner of the steak. Didn't even cook the whole 20 oz steak to medium. She brought it back out with an attitude again and said it was cooked to cit into it and check. Still mostly raw. Not even medium rare, just raw. I expected a great steak with great service. I got neither. I wont give this location a second chance. Thanks anyway

Pulled in here just to go around the traffic and decided to eat here but hesitant about it being it was rush hour. Anyway, the greeting was instant and we were given a table immediately. I ordered the 9oz tender fillet with a salad and the Fire-Grilled corn on the cob, well let me tell you, the salad was good, the steak done medium and it was AMAZING! I have not had steak that delicious and tender in many years. The fire grilled corn on the cob was also amazing, WOW! Juan M. Was our server and his service and welcoming manner was excellent, very respectful in the way he spoke and maintained eye contact. Thank to all the staff that made this possible. Excellent experience overall. We will definitely be back. The Flo's Fliet and lobster tail were done to perfection. Our margarita were made perfectly to order. The service by Zane was impeccable! Most definitely consider him a true asset to your restaurant. We are new to the area and will be back soon.

We arrived around 9:25. They sat us and we waited around 15-18 minutes for our server to greet us. We went to the host stand to go ask where our server was. The server who didn’t mention or introduce themselves walks up to us and asks,”has anyone helped you out” I work in food and beverage and as a server you’re supposed to acknowledge the guests within 2 minutes and even if you can’t get to us, you can at least say,”hey I’m your server I’ll be with you in just a moment”. That would have been enough for us to remain patient but since no one went up to us within those 15 minutes, we were looking around to see where our server was. It was my wife’s birthday so when the server took out order, we got a glass of La Crema which was good and the food was good also. Around 10:20-10:25 we ask the server for a dessert to go, and he just says,”really, 30 minutes late” so we just sat there with a ruined birthday dinner just from the server. Yes I understand the dessert was ordered after closing time but how long would it have taken to take a dessert and put it in a to go box? Overall service was okak but the server could have done better to make sure we were taken care of initially. I didn’t see a manager around until we were actually waking out the door. I was so irate that I didn’t tell anything to the manager. I of course tipped $20 on a $78 ticket because I’m in the industry and I pay it forward.

Excellent service and great food. The server even recognized my daughter for her graduation from BMT. What an amazing show of gratitude. I am so sorry that I missed her name I would love to thank her for her excellent service. It was Thursday the 17th around 1300. She was awesome.

Came in for an early dinner. No wait. Dining room only 3/4 full. Not one single waiter came to our table. We sat for a full 15 min without anyone taking a drink order or seeing someone to wave down. All waiters were just congregating at the bar not serving their customers.
