The food is average, it doesn't have anything special to it, For the service I would say they can use some work. The girls look like they don't even want to be there. The Atmosphere is depressing they can use remodeling. But overall the atmosphere is just not welcoming.

Menudo needs help: either not using right spices or not cleaning meat well. Menudo meat must be rebooked with fresh water several times to filter out intestinal taste.Refried beans are plain water taste, use bacon grease to thin out. Chips need light salt while hot and salsa needs more flavor during cooking process like cilantro, tomatoes and salt.

My daughter loves the carne guisada. The servers are always kind. The owners are so kind and well mannered. The prices are reasonable even after inflation. I like to order a torta with fries. If you ask for the bacon and egg to be mixed they will chop it up instead of leaving strips and I love that.Kid-friendliness: The servers always say hi to my daughter so warmlyWheelchair accessibility: There is both handicap parking and a very low ramp to the left. It's part of the parking lot.

If I could give this place a rating of 0, I definitely would. A rating of 1 star is too accommodating for their benefit. I sat for over 40 minutes, (not during a rush hour) waiting for a simple order of tacos de asada with only cheese and avocado inside the tacos and everything else on the side. The order had to be sent back 4 times and it was still messed up, until I decided to just leave. I spoke to the cashier and she completely avoided eye contact with me and was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and the cashier stated she was in the back. I proceeded to ask her if she can come to the front so I could speak to her. She ignored me. I saw a lady walking towards the front desk and I asked the cashier, “is that the manager?” and she stated, “no that’s the owner”. I began to express to the owner my concerns on how it took four times (maybe more if allowed) and the order was still not correct. I opened the box in front of her and showed her the receipt which stated my exact order, correctly so I knew there wasn’t any miscommunication. I told her how I asked for the onions and cilantro on the side but kept coming to the table still in the tacos. The owner then stated, “well they were already made like that. they weren’t going to take the stuff out. The workers did the most they can.” I then stated, “so you already knew the tacos were made incorrectly, but decided to still serve the food incorrectly to a customer? If you decided to do this and not serve the customer with the correct order that was requested, the least you could’ve done was let the customer know that they weren’t going to get what they requested so they wouldn’t have to waste their time in your restaurant.” She then closed the box and walked off. I was very shocked by her behavior and all I said was thank you ma’am and left. The customer service was ridiculously bad and concerning. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but this is no way to run a business. it seemed to me from what she was telling me, her only concern was wasting food that her workers failed to get right the first time with something that was communicated good and stated on the receipt exactly how I wanted the tacos, but hopefully no one else has to experience this poor customer service at this restaurant and God bless that lady if she was going through some thing that day that caused her to have such poor behavior with a customer.

AWESOME Mexican food. OMGOSH the fresh tortillas. With the butter oozing out. So good I had to take a dozen home. I had the huevos rancheros, the eggs were cooked to perfection. ( Which is hard to do) I definitely will have to return even though it's across town from me. ??
