Excellent restaurant. Tortillas were handmade - tender but with enough body not to fall apart around taco fillings. Food was well prepared, with lots of flavor. Papas rancheras and bewn and cheese were on point. Highly recommend and will be returning for more on the menu. Friendly and attentive service and great value.

Menudo needs help: either not using right spices or not cleaning meat well. Menudo meat must be rebooked with fresh water several times to filter out intestinal taste.Refried beans are plain water taste, use bacon grease to thin out. Chips need light salt while hot and salsa needs more flavor during cooking process like cilantro, tomatoes and salt.

My daughter loves the carne guisada. The servers are always kind. The owners are so kind and well mannered. The prices are reasonable even after inflation. I like to order a torta with fries. If you ask for the bacon and egg to be mixed they will chop it up instead of leaving strips and I love that.
