Went yesterday and sat by the bar and was greeted by a gentleman named Jay. Great attitude and helped recommend me the meatball appetizer. Meat was cooked perfectly and the drinks didn't taste watered down. I then ordered a margarita pizza as well and highly recommend if you go by. Overall was really happy I stopped by and received great customer service from Jay!

Best dining experience we've had in a long time. Food was excellent. The waiter not so much. She dropped a glass cup it shattered in paces. God thing I had closed shoes.The food and atmosphere made up for everything else.Parking: Location is very good
i’m writing the review as i’m sitting here, i ordered the carbonara and my husband ordered the fettuccine. Once we got the food presentation was nice and once we started eating, the carbonara has absolutely no taste to it and it was swimming in sauce, but the fettuccine was just okay seeing the prices and seeing how nice it is inside you would expect better than mediocre food but it taste store bought. Service was decent nothing due to the server just the food unfortunately.

First. Happy hour on a Saturday is rarity and the bar has plenty of seating. Second. The dining menu and wine section is expansive and reasonably priced. Third. The chef and his staff always knock it out of the park, we have never been disappointed. Highly recommend the pasta, veal, seafood and beef.... I listed everything except pizza only because we've never ordered it.
While my initial experience was disappointing, the owner Joe promptly responded to my concerns and ensured constructive changes to prevent issues I experienced from ever happening again, and offered a very generous resolution for my experience. Every business is subject to unfortunate service from time to time, but Joe has demonstrated great pride in running his business and proved to me that this was just a one time occurence and not a reflection of Luce's overall service which provides great food and service.

The restaurant was overwhelmed on Valentine's Day. While our server was decent, the kitchen was so far behind that he warned us of a wait as soon as we sat down. It took 90 minutes to get our meals and when mine showed up it was in a bowl that was chipped in multiple places. It may be a good idea on future holidays, to have a special reduced menu so the kitchen can keep up. Just a thought, if Luce doesn't customers, like us, to never want to come back.
