The food was great, it was my first time trying Puerto Rican food and it did not disappoint. I also had a good drink that the bartender did his thing.
The music was also on point, a mix of salsa and reggaeton . We made it on time for their happy hour as well and had $3 beers , good size. Overall , I highly recommend it. Luna Rosa has so much potential. Let me start off by saying the waiter was great. Very friendly and attentive but the amount of time to get things ordered and brought to the table is terrible. The bartender was working at a glacial pace. It was frustrating to wait almost 20 minutes for bar drinks. I was in the service industry for years and that’s just entirely too long for a not that busy of a restaurant. I would say people will get over this place quick, especially with the...

Arrived to a closed kitchen. Only upsetting because my group paid for parking then walked in to be told only the bar was open. Business should really be as clear as possible. Bar open until midnight, actual restaurant closed at 10-11pm.
