My cook did not want to be here today. I think this is my lowest rating mambo location. That's not to say the food was bad. It was ok. It might be better on a busier night, but on a Tuesday night, I would not be back. The fries on one of the platters were reheated chewy and hard. The shrimp on another platter looked super small like cocktail fried shrimp. And both of our caldos had pretty much veggies and two little pieces of fish and a couple of shrimp. My waitress was nice,...

Was referred to come try this location, food was good, location was nice and with plenty of seating. Service was not the greatest but at the end, John the Mgr took care of us and apologized in great detail. Server needs a bit work but john saved the day. Oysters here are really good and we're displayed nicely .
